The Sweater Weather Tag

Grace, from Fictionally, nominated me for the Sweater Weather tag!

Favorite Candle Scent?
Either chocolate brownie or pumpkin pecan waffle. I think with fall, “warm” candle scents are best!

Coffee, tea, or hot chocolate?
Hot chocolate.  (I’ve recently discovered the magic of adding coffee creamers to hot chocolate and it is delicious! Favorites: Sugar Cookie and Pumpkin Spice.)

What’s the best fall memory you have?
Hmm…probably being with family. There are a lot of family get-togethers and events in the fall, especially this year (a reunion and two weddings, to name some). Plus, my family used to take day trips a lot in the fall just to see the sights and get away for a few hours.

Best fragrance for fall?
Like the candle question, I think it’s the baking-related scents. Or the crisp smell of leaves on the cool air.

Favorite Thanksgiving food?
Turkey. Pecan pie.

Most worn sweater?
My brown one. It’s light and soft, but very warm.

Football games or jumping in leaf piles?
Jumping in leaf piles.

Skinny jeans or leggings?
Leggings. When it’s cold, I like layering them with skirts.

Combat boots or Uggs?
Never worn Uggs, but I do have boots that kinda look like combat boots. (They’re lined with fleece and are oh-so-warm.)

Is pumpkin spice worth the hype?
*awkwardly eyes pumpkin spice creamer and pumpkin spice latte mix and pumpkin spice-flavored gum*
....Yes. ;)

Favorite fall TV show?
I love it when the holiday specials start airing in the fall. I’ve watched them since I was a little kid and I love watching them as I get older too.

What do you want to be for Halloween?
I was thinking Peggy Carter. I have an outfit that already is sort of 1940s-inspired that I love to wear, and so I’m thinking of wearing that. But the only plans I have for the day are going to my brother’s wedding and counting down to NaNoWriMo. :)

Hats or scarves?
I love both, but I wear hats more often. I have one in particular that I wear most of the time in fall and winter.

What’s your #1 favorite thing about fall?
I love the atmosphere of it. It’s warm and inviting and cozy.
