Beautiful People: August 2016

I'll be featuring Tealdyn, from Roguess.

1. Give a brief overview of their looks. (Include a photo if you want!)
Tealdyn is tall, with pale blond hair (a little longer than collar-length) and dark eyes. He has a few scars from fights and battles, including one on the back of his neck and a few on his hands. He dresses well, and most often informally (finer clothing is reserved for formal occasions). 

As for the photo part of this question, I decided to make a collage similar to Aveirna's from last month.

2. Share a snippet that involves description of their appearance.

“My apologies for the later hour, but may I speak with you?” He was still wearing his muddied traveling clothes, smelling faintly of smoke and ash. A smear of dark gray decorated his chin.

3. What is the first thing people might notice about them?
It really depends on the circumstances of meeting him. If he is in control of the situation, one might notice the coldness of his gaze. In a situation where he doesn't feel he must be on his guard, there is an easiness in his features that few people have seen.

4. What are their unique features? (Ex: freckles, big ears, birthmark, scars, etc.)
Tealdyn has a few scars, which are mentioned above. He doesn't really think about them, except for the one on his neck.

5. How tall are they? What is their build (Ex: stocky, slender, petite, etc.)
About 6'4”, with a fairly muscular build.

6.What is their posture like? How do they usually carry themselves?
Austere and confident. Tealdyn carries himself like a warrior and a king.

7. Your character has been seen on a “lazy day” (free from usual routine/expectations): what are they wearing and how do they look?
A comfortable shirt and a simple waistcoat, trousers, and his brown boots. If the weather is cool, he'll most likely be found wearing his favorite brown coat. It's well-worn, like his boots, but comfortable.

8. Do they wear glasses, accessories, or jewelry on a regular basis? Do they have any article of clothing or accessory that could be considered their trademark?
Tealdyn usually only wears a crown for very formal occasions, and even then, he opts to wear the simpler circlets when he can get away with it. He has several rings he always wears, unless he is fighting. His signet ring would likely be considered his trademark accessory.

9. Have they ever been bullied or shamed because of their looks? Explain!
No, unless you count the occasional jesting remark from his brother, Reyn.

10. Are they happy with how they look? If they could change anything about their appearance, what would it be?
Generally, Tealdyn is happy with his appearance. I don't think there is anything he would change about it, except maybe the scar on his neck. Though it's hidden by his clothes and his hair most of the time, and he can't see it without a mirror, he doesn't like the memories it brings up.
