Spring Begins | March 2017

March was quite a busy month. Writing, reading, and moving were some of the primary things going on, but all in all it’s been a good month. :)

* Watched Kong: Skull Island.
First visit to the movies of 2017! It was different than I was expecting, but I liked it.

* Celebrated my blogaversary!
Here’s to another year of blogging! And if there’s a post idea you’d like to see in the future, feel free to leave a suggestion. I want to keep the blog fun for you all to read! :)

* Plotted stuff for TAD2.
It’s my Camp NaNo project for April, and I’m aiming to write at least 40K. This one is always a challenge to revise, but I think I have the plot threads figured out and am ready to get started! Lots of new stuff coming in and old plot things getting changed, but I think I finally have something I’ll be able to work with and start preparing for betareading later this year.

* Moving.
*deep sigh* Moving is always a tiring venture but—I’ll finally have space for all of my books now! I had to put a lot in storage for a little while because of space issues, so I’m very much looking forward to having those around again. I’ll probably be a little bit absent from the blog for a few days in April while getting things in order.

* Started posting An Occasion for Laughter!
It’s the third installment of The Pursuit of Merriment stories and is full of fluffy moments and Lydia and Merritt and Nash and food. So much food. I’ll be updating on Thursdays. You can check it out here.

Tell me about your month! Are you participating in Camp NaNo next month?

  1. Oh, you're moving? That is quite a venture, yes! We actually may be moving ourselves sometimes in May! (Just to a different house though, not a different town or anything.) I hope your move goes well for you!

    And I hope Camp NaNo is great for you as well! I decided to not do Camp because it's looking like my April will be very busy, but I'm cheering on all my buddies who are doing it! You've totally got this! *fistpump*

    Have a lovely April! ^_^

    1. Things are going well! We're still getting things in order and figuring out how to arrange things (but I am eagerly looking forward to moving my books and shelves into place!). I hope your move goes well too!

      Camp is going well too! It's a little tougher than I'd hoped, but things are taking shape. :)
